1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Domestic orders (Egypt / GCC): Delivered within 2β5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Please make sure your contact number and address are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions β these will be clearly displayed on our website.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
Your safety and hygiene are our top priority.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns (for damaged or incorrect items):
To request a return or replacement:

within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once approved, our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds without prior authorization.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare and body care products
- Perfume oils and splashes once opened
- Gift sets or promotional bundles
